The Deputy Director, Museum Operations will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and advice on the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong Palace Museum that includes venue operations, building management and visitor services.  This position will manage the museum building and operational projects and develop internal processes to meet the museum’s objectives and achieve its major KPIs.

The successful individual will also have the opportunity to mastermind and develop the cultural enterprise and commercial activities of the museum for marketing and income generating purposes in order to support museum operations.

Must be bilingual in English and Chinese.
