Tashkeel is a contemporary art and design organisation based in Dubai. It wishes to engage an experienced professional who is an advocate for training, creative learning and arts education. The Studio and Engagement Manager oversees the Studio & Engagement Team and also undertakes the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Critical Practice Programme and the Residency Programme at Tashkeel. She/He has strong relationships with creative practitioners and organisations nationally, regionally and internationally.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Manager is based at Tashkeel Nad Al Sheba, and leads the Studio and Engagement team: Professional Practice Coordinator, Education & Outreach Coordinator and Membership & Studio Coordinator. The team undertakes the planning and delivery of high-quality workshops, talks, lectures, training, exhibitions throughout Tashkeel’s seasonal programmes (Jan-April; May-Aug; Sept-Dec) as well as the coordination of membership and studios. This is implemented at Tashkeel (Nad Al Sheba and Al Fahidi) and other locations.
