The Marketing and Sales Manager will maximise the profile and sales of the Tashkeel programme, artworks and membership.

Reporting to the Deputy Director and overseeing the Marketing team which consists of a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, a Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer, the Marketing and Sales Manager will aim to secure maximum attendance, sales and profile for all events and initiatives at Tashkeel. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Manager is based at Tashkeel Nad Al Sheba, and leads the Studio and Engagement team: Professional Practice Coordinator, Education & Outreach Coordinator and Membership & Studio Coordinator. The team undertakes the planning and delivery of high-quality workshops, talks, lectures, training, exhibitions throughout Tashkeel’s seasonal programmes (Jan-April; May-Aug; Sept-Dec) as well as the coordination of membership and studios. This is implemented at Tashkeel (Nad Al Sheba and Al Fahidi) and other locations.
